Therefore, there is an urgent need to find an effective and economical way to conduct local transactions. Hydrogen energy is regarded as a promising green energy in the 21st century. It is a common origin, green, high efficiency of secondary energy. In the future, it will become a key component of China's energy supply. The various stages of hydrogen production, storage and application of water electrolysis are of key practical significance to the upgrading of China's industrial structure and the sustainable development of economic development. As a result, the search has been on for more powerful ways to better integrate and use wind, solar and hydrogen.
In this environment, on July 17, Cao Renxian, vice chairman of China Electric Power Association and chairman of Sunshine Power Co., LTD., made a keynote speech on the future prospects of solar power generation and electrolytic water hydrogen production at the CNNE2019 Fourth Northeast Energy Economic Transformation and Upgrading Summit. It is estimated that in the future, the electricity cost of water electrolysis to produce hydrogen will be reduced to ten cents.
Today, hydrogen is mostly a traditional resource. Cao believes that China's demand for hydrogen energy from new energy technologies is likely to be reflected in 2030, when the demand for hydrogen is likely to reach 50 million tons.
Nowadays, in China, the specific form of electrolytic water hydrogen production is fossil fuel electrolytic water hydrogen production, renewable resources electrolytic water hydrogen production is almost zero. As everyone knows, compared with the electric electrolysis water hydrogen production of traditional fire power grid, the cost of producing one kilogram of hydrogen must be five dollars, and at the same time, more than 30 kilograms of carbon dioxide will be caused. Compared with the traditional thermal power plant electrolysis of water hydrogen production, the application of solar and wind energy electrolysis of water hydrogen production will significantly reduce the cost of electricity, no carbon dioxide emissions, the latter one has significant advantages.
For hydrogen production by hydrolysis, Cao Renxian indicated that there are three specific plans at this stage: photovoltaic grid-connected centralized electrolysis of water hydrogen production, all off-grid photovoltaic hydrogen production, photovoltaic grid-connected multi-way electrolysis of water hydrogen production. Photovoltaic grid-connected centralized electrolysis of water to produce hydrogen, because of the high level of kinetic energy transformation, the utilization rate of power engineering is only about 89%. The application of fully off-grid PHOTOVOLTAIC hydrogen production plan can not only transform the development of solar power station project investment, but also because it will not be affected by the development trend of power grid alone, because it will not be limited by the power grid. Cao Renxian may, under the condition of dealing with related problems, take Baicheng as the reference standard and produce radon gas of 1 million tons per year, covering a total area of 25*25 square kilometers, with electricity costs of just over 1,000 pence and high efficiency of 96 percent or so.
Cao Renxian finally summarized his own opinion: the innovative gradient descent method for the application of solar power components and operating system technology will make the cost of photovoltaic power generation less than coal chemical industry, nuclear power plant, gas power; The application will show a diversified development trend, all kinds of pavement and engineering building roof, building facade application will coexist for a long time; Solar power deep energy storage technology, photovoltaic hydrogen production will be promoted in 2025; From 2025 to now, solar power will gradually become China's main power source; Reductions in solar, wind and hydrogen power will gradually replace fossil fuels between 2025 and 2050.
