Working principle:
The equipment uses hydroelectricity to generate hydrogen and oxygen for separation, and controls the hydrogen and oxygen level to ensure the purity of hydrogen, and then the hydrogen washing, gas-liquid separation, cooling treatment after the output of product hydrogen.
Working conditions:
1, the equipment can not be used in exposure to the open air, and has anti-rain, lightning and rodent protection measures
2. Good ventilation must be ensured in the place where the equipment is installed and used, and there should be ventilation device at the top of the place where the equipment is placed to ensure that the gas will not accumulate.
3. The ambient temperature of the site shall be above 0℃ and below 40℃.
Structural features:
1, electrolytic cell: adopt new structure design, electrode voltage, current density, low energy consumption per unit output of hydrogen.
2, gas-liquid separator: optimize the structure of the previous generation of products, occupy less space, gas-liquid separation effect is good.
3, explosion-proof requirements: because it is the production of hydrogen equipment, so the accessories are explosion-proof design. In addition, accessories can be used according to user requirements of the designated brand.
4, equipment structure: can be integrated splicing, convenient for customers to use, can also do container type.
5. Pipes: SS304 stainless steel pipes are used and connected in the form of live joints, which change the disadvantages of heavy and bulky traditional flanges, reduce the cost of users' later maintenance, and make the equipment space more reasonable and reduce the floor area.
Note: The equipment below CHO-50 can be used as an integrated box structure; the electrolytic cell above CHO-50 should be placed separately; the gas-liquid separation device can be used as an integrated box structure.
